LOTD: STREET by MARIAINESMVS featuring platform heels

Inspired in the crazy, colorful and organic paintings of the fauvism movement, these are the first drawings of my first fashion designs. They are a modern/bohemian abstraction of Matisse´s crazy silhouettes, prints, and patterns.

Calm… Quiet… Solitary. Once again the rain has washed it all. All of what was done, the heat, the noise, the life lived. All washed with the rain. Tonight there are no stars, no moon, no life, just the soft, embracing drizzle watering the rock road and wooden roofs. Calm… Quiet… Dark. No light above the city… not tonight. Closed. So closed no one may come with her tonight. So closed she will consume darkness. Tonight she is gloom, she is lonely, Tonight, she is the only one up. Wet, so wet the avenues have become rivers, So wet gardens have become pounds So wet she’ll have no company. And there she goes, As every May night, alone. Calm, quiet, solitary. Just as her people, just as she is.

My definition of love always end up being summarized in a soft slow song. Anyways, is there any other way to describe it? Its easy, smooth, and endless, just as the song says "my love is here today...always". These are the lyrics for a beautiful song by Tristan Prettyman. (Couldn't find it on youtube, but maybe you can hear it somewhere else, its worth it!)
