I should stop watching a movie a day, and my diet should last more than one day. I should buy a ticket and fly to new york and maybe find love in the middle of 5 th and 4 th . I should let my hair grow, and in the market get a paeony red tone for my sometimes forgotten nails. I should do so much more. I should start running. I should finish all the started books. Brush my teeth at least 3 times a day and for once in my life clean the paint drops scattered all around my bedroom’s dark tile. I should change my desks light and probably get passed nonsense. I should do so much more. I should stop desiring every walking dog, And stop missing my eternal summer city love. I should do so much more. I should.

I can’t imagine what would have been going into the house of great Miguel Angel, but no doubt it would’ve been something similar to what I experienced in the house of “Mr. Great and Favorite painter” Arturo Monroy. As soon as you walk into the door you know you are in presence of greatness. Is not only a house, it’s a studio, gallery and home, what a great combination of great spaces. Just as his paintings, Monroy’s house was decorated with his notorious rustic and brilliant style, every room with drops of his thick brushstroke personality. Windy, white and with great light. From his beans sculptures to the huge Atitlan Lake reinterpretation painting, every thing looked great. I hope you enjoy, as much as I did, this picture tour through the spaces of his mind.

Interior design project for a house for late Yves Saint Laurent in Antigua Guatemala. My final project was to decorate the house merging Saint Laurent style with Antigua’s colonial traditional decor. Yves has always been inspired by colors, textures and cultures and this project was imagined to be his new inspirational refuge in America. This are some of the final views.

Pasaje Oakland is a new housing project in Guatemala, made up of 26 houses (4 different styles) and located in the new city center. For this project I was in charge of fixing up the renders, making the logo and developing a selling booklet for future buyers. I worked parallel to the design team and gave the project the image designers wanted. Above: Renders I received.
